Our facilities have the strictest safety rules to prevent breaking the cold chain, which guarantees the integrity of our products; we also have a qualified multidisciplinary team which ensure compliance with the demanding Implemented Food Safety Management System, which at all times satisfies the requirements of EU regulations regarding food hygiene as well as IFS Standard (International FOOD Standard).

With the effective application of this self-control system, we guarantee excellence as regards the food quality and safety of the products distributed to our clients.


The International Food Standard (IFS) is the certificate intended to guarantee compliance with the international quality and safety standard in own-brand products intended for human food. This certificate recognises and assesses controls and audits that encompass from the origin and traceability of our raw materials to the correct storage and distribution of the product, through its different phases of treatment and preparation. Desavi Food current holds one of the highest marks in its specialism, with an IFS of 98.5% in 2015.


The guarantee Halal Food & Quality is a registered trademark which is legally recognised and protected to harmonise, standardise and enforce compliance with the requirements and the means by which agricultural companies may certify, under the umbrella of a single stamp, compliance with the religious precepts of Halal food and other food safety and quality standards.
